About The Therapist

This deck was thoughtfully created by Natasha Haroon Bandukda, who has her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a practicing Licensed Professional Counselor with her own practice, Attitude For gratitude, LLC. Through her experience of working with Muslim couples, Natasha noticed a unique trend throughout all marriages, cultures, and generations. Many of the couples she worked with needed help with vulnerability, communication, addressing Islamic responsibilities, empathy, an understanding of their spouse’s needs and a deeper level of self-reflection. Due to the lack of accessible resources for Muslim couples, Qalb to Qalb was invented.
